Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact.

Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and discounted bikinis are not eligible for returns.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or a mistake on our part.
Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to assist with exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Return Process

Prepare the Item: Ensure the bikini is in its original packaging with tags and hygiene liners intact.

Ship the Item: We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bikini arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.soldobrasil@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
Important Notes

For hygiene reasons, bikinis that are worn, stained, or missing the hygiene liner cannot be returned.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
