- Delivery Time: 2-4 business days.
- Cost: until 2kg CHF 8.50.
- Free shipping for orders over CHF 100.00.
Priority Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
- Cost: CHF 10.50.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Track Your Order

All shipments include a tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way. Track your package directly on the Swiss Post website at (https://www.post.ch/de/empfangen/sendung-verfolgen).

Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or additional charges for re-delivery.

Missed Delivery

If you’re not home to receive your package, Swiss Post will leave a collection slip, and you can pick up your package at the nearest Swiss Post office.
